This is famed as the highest pub in Europe. They do a very good, but expensive, breakfast. The staff are really nice and chilled, so ends up being a popular hangout with the Seasonnaires too. They also have sky sports – and Guinness!

    In the shopping centre complex, this sports bar has a relaxed atmosphere, where you can drink and play table football or pool till 4amdetails

    This night club is run by the same people as Saloon. It’s got great atmosphere and nice cocktails – a good alternative to Malaysiadetails
  • Chantaco
    This bar is great for quiet drink. It’s located under Belambra residence and has that quaint French bar feel but with a modern twist. Really nice staff and you can get a bottle of wine for around 12...details

    Tex-Mex restaurant, located at the top end of resort. It occupies 2 floors and has a big terrace. Really great staff and good DJs throughout the evening. details

    The largest club you’ll find in the Alps and it's right in the centre of Val Thorens. They have live bands almost every night. Whatever happens this place offers an awesome night out.details
  • Moo Bar
    This bar is located in the Temples du Soleil complex – so great if you are in that residence. It usually has a quiet chilled atmosphere, unless you are travelling at the same time as the large...details
  • Baramix
    This is one of the best bars in Val Thorens – there’s always a fantastic atmosphere and it’s open until 4am, so will take you long into the night. The owner is great fun too which really adds to the...details
  • Folie Douce
    This is a fantastic après ski spot. It’s located half way up the mountain and has a great atmosphere with live bands on most afternoons: the perfect place to relax after your hard day on the mountain...details

    As the name suggests, this is the bar in the bowling complex, with bowling, pool, snooker, arcade machines, sky sports and an internet café.details
