Travel OptionsWhich ever resort you choose we can offer a range of travel options to suit all budgets Resort Transfers: Our resort transfers option allows you to arrange you own flights to Geneva, Chambery, Lyon or Grenoble* (*only for Alpe d'Huez or Les Deux Alpes) airports from where we arrange your transport to and from resort by coach or minibus depending on the size of your group. Own Transport: If you prefer you can choose to make your own way to resort. Coach Travel: Tours by coach depart from the UK on Friday evenings. If your group is 15 people or more we can pick up from your chosen departure point anywhere in the mainland. If you are a smaller group we have convenient pick up points at London and Dover. You travel by executive coach with full facilities including dvd player and toilet. Ferry crossing is from Dover to Calais with P&O Ferries. The average journey time from Calais to our main resorts is 12 hours and we arrange a stop at a hypermarket en-route to resort with an special On The Piste 10% discount for your group members. How does it work?Whichever transport option you choose your apartments will be available from 5pm on Saturday. You can collect your lift passes and any hire equipment you may have booked ready to hit the slopes on Sunday morning for a full 6 days skiing or boarding. For those that have booked lessons these will start on Sunday morning. On Friday you have a full days skiing. If you are travelling by coach you will head back to your apartments get a shower and dinner and depart resort early evening. A swift journey through the night and you are back in England before lunch on Saturday. If you are using our resort transfers you will have Friday night in resort and will be transferred early on Saturday morning. If you chose to make your own way to resort your apartments are available until 10am on the Saturday morning. Optional ExtrasWe have a range of optional extras at the most competitive prices for your group members. All optional extras can be selected online at the time of booking on an individual basis
How do I make a reservation?Prices for our packages can be found on the Package Prices page. If you wish to book one of our packages please call on 0845 680 1503 or email graduates@onthepiste.com with your resort choice, date and number of people. We will confirm availability, set up an online holiday for you and email you a unique holiday code. Each person in your party can then log into our site using your unique code, choose their required options and pay for the their holiday. When you make a reservation you will be given a minimum number of passengers. To confirm the booking you will need your minimum number if passengers to have paid a £90 deposit within 7 days of making the reservation. The full balance of all holidays will be due 8 weeks prior to departure unless you book within 8 weeks of departure when the full balance will be due 7 days from booking. |
