Les Balcons residences is an 8-chalet apartment complex located between L’Averne and L’Eucherts Centre. All chalets promise to be modern though without losing the traditional alpine charm. The chalets provide a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for groups from 5 to 17.

Apartment Layout Options:

2 room apartment for 5 people. Living room sleeps 3 on sofa beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed or 2 single beds.

3 room apartment for 7 people. Living room sleeps 3 on sofa beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds in each.

3/4 room apartment for 9 people. Living room sleeps 3 on sofa beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds in each, 1 cabin with bunk beds; OR 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds in each.

5 room apartment for 11 people. Living room sleeps 3 on sofa beds, 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds in each.

6 room apartment for 13 people. Living room sleeps 3 on sofa beds, 5 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds in each.

7 room apartment for 15 people. Living room sleeps 3 on sofa beds, 6 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds in each.

8 room apartment for 17 people. Living room sleeps 3 on sofa beds, 7 bedrooms with 1 double bed or 2 single beds in each. (Supplement payable to have sauna in room).
