A mixture of youth and experience make the Off the Piste staff unique in the student snowsports industry. We have a combined experience within the student ski market of over 47 years with staff ages ranging from 24 to 35. Three of our core staff members have been with the company for over five years and help to maintain our high levels of service whilst our newer staff adds to the mix by making sure we keep up with the latest trends and developments. This blend of consistency and innovation help us to offer an unrivalled service and unlike our competitors our most experienced staff work hands on in the business on a daily basis.

Danny Nugent

Bio:
Living by the motto ‘do as I say don‘t do as I do’, Danny is certainly a character! Graduating from Leeds University in 2002, Danny has over 7 years experience in the student snowsports industry, and is now the top dog of the company. Danny does a lot of the important roles in the office such as booking accommodation, contracts and resort relations, but still leads from the front when it comes to apres ski!
Sam Passmore

Bio:
After running his university club in 2003, Sam did a full season for Off the Piste before starting full time in 2005. Famous for his addiction to tea and coffee, Sam actually has the important job of overseeing all of the groups throughout the season as well as recruiting and training the reps. In addition, Sam gets to laugh at all your clothing designs before making sure that they get printed and delivered on time! Along with Tom, Sam will be one of your main contacts throughout the year.

After a full year in the office and 12 weeks across 7 different resorts last season, Tom is already looking forward to next season. After running Reading Snowsports for 2 years back in ‘04, Tom has been involved in student snowsports on every level, and knows what it takes to make a club successful. He will be one of the main contacts for group leaders, working closely with all groups and is always on hand to give advice or support for any aspect of your club/trip.

Bio:
Steve started full time last year, but don’t be fooled into thinking he is in anyway ‘nuskool’! Steve started repping in ‘93 and has repped almost every year since. He worked on the first ever Off the Piste trips in ‘95, followed by aiding and abetting three BUSC’s in a row during the mid nineties. After putting his architecture on hold, Steve is back to offer his fluent French, 16 years experience and ability to fall asleep literally anywhere! Steve is in charge of logistics, and will be taking on the almighty task of assisting Danny.
