Our specially selected 'men and women who wear the black jacket' have become well recognised as the best trained and most enthusiastic in the business. They get involved with your group and get the party going while maintaining a professional attitude. OTP reps work for us because they believe in what we are trying to achieve not because they want a 'freebie'. We intensively train our reps in the Alps for 4 days before the start of every season and have been doing this for over 6 years.

What our reps do
From the moment they board your coach the reps are always on hand to support your group. They are well briefed and trained in order to make your arrivals and departures run like clockwork. The reps are proactive, visiting each room everyday to ensure that everyone in your group is getting the most from the amazing holiday package that you have chosen for them. The reps will help you to get any extra information you want out to your group members. In addition to the apres ski that is already set up for your week, they can help arrange special events that your group may want. Not only do our reps get involved in the organisation and social side of your holiday, they are also available to go skiing and boarding with you and your group throughout the week.
Our reps are also chosen for how they handle emergency situations and their knowledge of the resort and its staff allow them to provide swift and effective response should any unforeseen difficulties arise. As part of the TUI Travel group we are also in the unique position of being able to offer comprehensive 24 hour back up and support from the dedicated UK duty office.
Training Weekend
The key to a successful holiday is having energetic, enthusiastic reps that focus exclusively on your group. We receive in excess of 350 applications for our coveted reps positions. After the initial selection process, we take the best 100 applicants out to the Alps on an intensive weekend where we train them and more importantly get to know them and ascertain their commitment to becoming part of the Off the Piste team.
